This Is My Land

War is both taught and learned, as French-Israeli filmmaker Erde shows us through her sensitive observations in six Jewish and Arab schools in Israel and Palestine. Denied knowledge of Palestinian history in her own upbringing, she examines a Talmudic school, a refugee camp school and an institution with both Jewish and Arab students, among others, to hear how history is taught, how students make it their own, and how the divisions of the past are replicated in eager new generations.
